What you can expect from our service

Upon completion, PGC Realty Corporation will provide the following:

  • Proof of Real Property Tax (RPT) payment (soft and hard copy)

  • Tax Clearance for the current year

FEES & TERMS OF PAYMENT

Transparent and straightforward pricing

Based on the selected scope of work and estimated level of effort—including transportation and related expenses—the service fees are as follows:

  • Property Enrollment: ₱4,000.00

  • Renewal: ₱2,000.00

Rates may vary for properties located outside Metro Manila, Central Luzon, and CALABARZON. All rates are inclusive of 12% VAT and exclusive of notarial fees, government charges, and other applicable costs.

I authorize PGC Realty Corporation to assist in managing my property and to process necessary documents on my behalf. I understand that all applicable fees and the scope of services will be clearly discussed and confirmed prior to any processing.
